Deanna Hess is one of the newest additions to the AEB team. She provides support to our sales team and serves as a customer service contact between manufacturers and customers. Her core responsibilities are generating quotes/purchase orders and providing excellent customer service to ensure our customer receives their order as expected.
Let’s learn a little more about her with four quick questions.
Hi Deanna. Can you tell us a little about yourself?
I was born and raised along the Gulf Coast of Florida in beautiful Lynn Haven. I am the youngest of four girls. I moved to the Cincinnati area in the late nineties and reside in Milford, Ohio with my family, bearded dragon, and crested gecko. And I have a background in general and construction accounting.
Has your construction background been helpful in transitioning into your role at AEB?
Absolutely! This has been an easy transition since I am familiar with the lingo, stages of the process from estimation, bids/submittals, and supply chain management. I also have a background in accounting, so I understand how each step of the process from the beginning to end is important in each of the transaction cycles.
Why were you interested to join AEB?
I was most impressed with AEB’s high standards for customer service. I aim for excellence to the best of my ability, and I appreciate that like-minded work ethic.

I play the saxophone in my church band and in my spare time enjoy spending time with friends and making crafts.
