The Merlin WaterCheck combines both water usage monitoring and point leak detection, and is designed specifically for residential properties, condominiums & apartments. The Merlin Watercheck monitors for continuous water flow within the property and can be used to highlight leaks when the property is both occupied and vacant, and control a valve to reduce any risk of water damages through the property.
